Eligible items
- The item is unused, with tags and original packaging.
- You contact us within the exchange period with your order number.
- Sale items can be exchanged for a different color or design of the same value.
Damaged or wrong item
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, send us photos (or the unboxing video) on WhatsApp 0348-0657865 within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it at no extra cost.
How to request an exchange
Message us on WhatsApp 0348-0657865 with your order number and the reason. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Delivery charges for change-of-mind exchanges are paid by the customer.
